"Hypertension white coat"

Question: I have a second pregnancy for 12 weeks. The LCD in the form of doctors raises pressure 130/90. Was put immediately to the hospital, where the pressure rose even higher – 140/90. They sent to the therapist. He diagnosed hypertension second degree. Prescribed dopegit. But I have never had any pressure, but at home now 120/80. Can you please tell me what to do. Do I have to drink dopegit?
