Instant vertigo

Question: My working blood pressure 110/70. Sometimes it drops to 90/60. Escaping a cup of coffee. But recently the pressure has not only fall, but rise up to 120/80. When such pressure is very strong headaches, heaviness in the back of the head, and nausea. Also frequent were instant vertigo. That is sharply begins to darken and swim before my eyes, and lasts for a split second. What can it be and how is it dangerous? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Answer: Perhaps this is a temporary disorder of the autonomic nervous system, in which fluctuations in blood pressure secondary. Treatment usually begins with sedatives. The danger in terms of severe complications is minimal.
