My pressure is 200/100. I want a child
Question: I am 33 years old, had two deliveries, the last birth was 9 years ago. The child died on the third day of life (bleeding in the brain – so the doctors said). Pregnancy all normal, with no abnormalities, blood pressure was 120/70. 5 years ago started a headache and my pressure is now 200/110, 180/100, but now I do not feel their pressure and feel good, even with such pressure. A year ago I was pregnant, the doctors said that I'd passed all the tests that used to know from what I have high blood pressure. The tests were all good, but I still say that it is better not to risk it. Very much want to have a second child. Can? How might this affect the health of the child and to me?
Answer: Dear Anna! Such high pressure, even if you are a "good feeling" – is a disease, the cause of which must necessarily be determined. Simple tests have little to say about the causes of high blood pressure. Specialized surveys are needed to exclude secondary causes of hypertension – ultrasound, the study of hormones. Such appointments make cardiologist after a full-time reception and inspection. We strongly recommend that you seek in Kharkov in a specialized cardiology center or large hospital cardiology department to conduct the necessary surveys. Only after ascertaining the reasons for proper treatment you can think about the child, otherwise, I fear, may have complications during pregnancy. Be healthy and think, please, about yourself – you are still quite young.
