Question: I am 23 years old. Today, sitting alone, reading a book and suddenly the heart seemed to be jammed, for a split second, then followed by three very strong reduction (by the sensations directly hit in the sternum) and on normal operation. During contractions breath. 10-15 seconds at very dizzy. There was no pain whatsoever during or after. Previously, several times it was like, but, basically, in moments of extreme fatigue after a few cups of coffee. And now, it seems, everything is fine with the tone and is still boarded up.
