Dizziness and vomiting

Question: Good afternoon, doctor. 4 days ago late at night I started having dizzy with nausea and is still continuing. This morning I tried on the pressure (it was 140-70, but I tend lower) and drank a drug Captopril. That evening I vomited 2 times, my head was spinning so I nemogla watch TV. After the vomit, blood pressure fell. Last week I was in the woods and found a tick. Are also similar whether these simtomy with diseases that may transferring mites?
Answer: Not similar.
