High pressure

Question: Dear doctor. My husband 48 years. He has 10 years of high blood pressure and a tendency to tachycardia-85-90 strikes. During this time, tried many medications. At one time, took captopril, diroton, the last 2 years sitting on Enap-H. But even with the admission Enap, the pressure is kept at 155/105. Probably will not help. His excess weight-120 kg, and the constant stress life. Which drug can be replaced Enap, can drink gipotiazid long time. I give him from time to time once or twice a week. Answer: You can substitute Enap-NL 20. And he and the other already contain gipotiazid (= hydrochlorothiazide).
