Pressure jumps

Question: Good denU my father somewhere 3-4 times per week, at night (1-2h.) sharply increased the pressure to 180/120. Passed the general examination no reason not found. What can be connected, could not suggest any specialized medical centers, living in the Rostov region, can advise some sort of resort with a course of treatment?
